2. Your BT Click and Buy Reference Number.
3. Purchase Number / ID
4. What problems occurred?
We will send your email over to our technical support team who will deal with your query. We aim to have such queries resolved within 24 hours during the working week.

It is our aim to have such complaints rectified within 14 days. In the first instance Horus Music will offer a no fuss exchange, but if the complaint cannot be rectified Horus Music will issue your full payment. Your statutory rights are not affected.
