2. DOWNLOADS:

1. If you have any queries or problems with your download, email admin@horusmusic.co.uk and state which track you downloaded, when it was downloaded and what problems or queries you have.
   
   
2. If you have purchased a pre release track, a email will be sent to you on the day of release giving you information on how to download your track. No payments will be made until the day of the release.
   
   
3. If you have lost your code to collect your download, email admin@horusmusic.co.uk

3. MOBILE CONTENT:

1. Please ensure that "WAP push" is enabled in your handset.
   
   
2. Entering a correct code and mobile phone compatibility is the users responsibility.
   
   
3. Please consult your handset manual carefully.
   
   
4. If you have a problem with your mobile content or if you are unsure of compatibility please e-mail info@horusmusic.co.uk giving full details of what you were downloading, your phone number and what the make and model of your phone is.
   
   
5. Texting will not work outside of the UK or on Virgin Mobile.
